Orders with only In-stocks products are shipped out from our warehouse within 3 business days.
Order with only pre-order products will have to wait for products to be released and arrived at our warehouse. We will ship out the orders within 3 business day once all pre-ordered items in the order have arrived in our warehouse.

IMPORTANT
We strongly advise customers to purchase in-stock items and pre-order items in separate orders/transactions so that we can process the order accordingly.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs can be calculated at the cart page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Local standard delivery fee is $4 flat or is free for orders over SGD $50. Next-day Delivery is $5, regardless of order amount with cut off time at 3pm on weekdays.
International Shipping costs vary from countries and number of items. You may place order first or email us the items that you would like to purchase and we will advise the shipping costs via email. LOCAL DELIVERY
For addresses in Singapore, delivery will be handled by J&T or Speedpost. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel.
Delivery time is 1-3 business days for Standard Delivery and 1 business day for Next-Day Delivery with cut-off time at 3pm on weedays. Order received after 3pm on weekdays will not be delivered on the following business day.
Same day delivery can be arranged upon request with extra charges incurred.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For addresses outside Singapore, Standard International Shipping will be handled by Janio/Speedpost/Fedex. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery time is 3 - 21 business days, depend on the type of courier selected.
Priority/Express delivery can be arranged upon request with extra charges incurred.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection. We cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
You may change your shipping address before the order has shipped out. To change the shipping address, please email us at hello@newnewonline.com with your order number.
If your order has shipped out from our warehouse, please contact the courier to request for the address change and any fee incur will be borne by the requestor.
SELF-COLLECTION OR PICK-UP
We offer self pick-up services in Singapore only.
Customer can choose Self Pick-Up at cart/checkout page. Once the order is ready for collection, an appointment link will be sent to your registered email to schedule pick-up date and time with us. Our staff will be there to assist you.
*Only for Self-Collection/Pick up orders only, as long as the order contains only in-stocks item, customer can opt for Cash Payment during Self Pick-up.
TRACKING OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also find this information under Orders section in My Account page.

DELAY OF ORDERS
Although it has been a year or more since borders opened, the international logistics and manufacturing sector is still recouping and hence there will be some unexpected delay. We will try our best to inform the updates on the delays, revised release date and estimated delivery date.
SPLIT OF ORDERS
You may split your order by emailing us at hello@newnewonline.com with your order number and let us know which items that you would like us to ship separately. Please take note that there will be extra delivery/shipping cost incur.
